Welcome to Project 219, a vibrant platform highlighting the artwork I have created alongside my talented students at Atlantic Cape Community College. This project, named after our advanced course ARTS219, emphasizes the unique artistic vision cultivated in our classroom. POE BOOK COVER DESIGN

For our Book Cover Design Assignment, we created three distinct graphics inspired by the works of Edgar Allan Poe. Two versions are dedicated to "The Raven," each capturing the haunting essence and gothic atmosphere of the poem. The third version showcases "The Pit and the Pendulum," illustrating the tension and dread that permeates this chilling tale. Each cover reflects the unique themes and moods of Poe's writings, designed to draw readers into his dark and captivating world.

COFFEE BRAND PACKAGE

For our Coffee Brand package design assignment, we developed unique graphics for two distinct coffee blends: The Raven Blend and The Pit and the Pendulum Blend. The Raven Blend features a sleek, dark design that evokes mystery and sophistication, capturing the essence of rich bold flavors. In contrast, The Pit and the Pendulum Blend showcases a vibrant, dynamic aesthetic, reflecting the dramatic and intense nature of this blend. Together, these designs highlight the unique characteristics of each coffee, appealing to a diverse range of coffee enthusiasts.

my album redesign assignment, I created impactful graphics for U2's album "War," aiming to convey the stark horror of conflict. The visuals reflect themes of struggle and resilience, using bold imagery and contrasting colors to evoke deep emotions. Each design element serves to highlight the album's powerful message, capturing the essence of the music while provoking thought about the realities of war. This project showcases my ability to blend artistry with social commentary in a meaningful way.

For my Album redesign assignment, I focused on creating graphics for U2's iconic album "War." The aim was to visually capture the horror and emotional impact of war, resonating with the album's themes. Through a combination of stark imagery and bold typography, I aimed to convey the chaos and suffering associated with conflict, making the viewer reflect on the heavy subject matter. This design is intended for the Vinyl Record portion of the project, blending art and music to evoke a powerful response.
